weighing up to 120 tons, are custom-crafted to meet specific customer needs. All transfer
cars come equipped with hydraulic power units
which are also designed and manufactured by STAR. For the ultimate in efficiency and
flexibility, programmable controllers are designed into all automatic STAR transfer cars. |

Transfer-mounted car movers can be furnished with dogs that flip to
either pull cars onto the transfer or push them off onto an adjacent track. Other options
include winch assemblies, telescoping hydraulic car propellers and side cars. STAR
transfer cars frames are engineered and fabricated for minimum load deflection and years
of faithful service. |

wheels, alloy axles, and double row spherical roller bearing pillow blocks. |
